where do i check in?

 

Upon arrival, please check-in at the front desk of Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph. You will be asked to complete an intake form and a Health Screening Questionnaire. Then, you will be escorted to your Spa Suite.

 

Are the spa suites available for overnight accommodations?

 

The spa suites are not available for overnight accommodations. The suites are used for massage service appointments only. There is no bed in the suites.

 

Do the suites have hot tubs?

 

The spa suites do not have hot tubs. One of our suites features a soaking tub. This suite cannot be guaranteed.

 

DO I CHANGE IN THE SPA SUITE OR IN MY GUESTROOM?

 

We ask that you check-in at the front desk prior to your spa appointment whether you are a guest of the hotel or a visitor. You will then be escorted up to your spa suite by one of our technicians and change upon arrival.

 

When should i make my spa reservation?

 

To ensure you receive your preferred spa treatment and time, advance booking is highly suggested and recommended. Due to high demand, walk-ins and same day reservations are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Book your spa appointment here.

 

What is the late arrival and cancellation policy?

 

24-hour notice is required for changes to, or cancellations of, reservations. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied.

 

HOW LONG AFTER MY TREATMENT CAN I STAY IN THE SPA SUITE?

 

At the end of your appointment, you’ll be escorted by your technician to the hotel lobby or your guestroom. If you would like extra time in your spa suite, you can book a period of relaxation time in addition to your massage service. Please visit our services page for pricing.

 

what time should I arrive?

 

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork.

 

What products do you use?

 

We use ESPA’s collection of renowned natural products. ESPA will take you on a journey tailored completely to your needs. From mental clarity, heightened focus & uplifted mood to deep relaxation, restful sleep and intense muscle relief.

 

Do I have to be a guest of the hotel to book a spa appointment?

 

You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to book a spa appointment. If you are interested in booking a guestroom along with your spa appointment, please visit www.lemeridiencolumbus.com.

 

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

 

Yes. Guests must be 21 or older to book and receive services.

 

CAN I RENT THE SPA SUITE WITHOUT HAVING A WEDDING BLOCK?

 

No. Our Spa Suites are exclusive to in-house wedding and wedding room block guests.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CLEANING POLICY?

 

Between clients, the spa suites will be cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the highest industry standards and protocols.
